Page1 Theatre is excited to announce our upcoming 2025 / 2026 Season.
Featuring a number of events throughout the year, this is a great opportunity to not only support Queer artists, but to promote your upcoming event, business, and/or service.

COMMUNITY SERIES
With support from the Department of Culture and Heritage, we will be launching a new Community Series, with the goal of creating connections, not projects. The events are designed to include two components; a cooking/food workshop, and a community potluck.
At the end of the meal, folks are welcome to share something with the group. Examples could include: a story about their week, something from a book they’re reading, a song they heard, dance, or music they’re working on.
The goal is to connect, and share something with those gathered vs trying to workshop or develop a creative project.

MUSIC SERIES
Our seasonal Music Series will once again feature two performances this year.
The first kicks off in December, with a brand new show! Featuring three local musicians, audience participation, and projections, this warm fuzzy evening will be the perfect way to warm up. Audiences will be encouraged to sign along or join in, while also being guided through a visual journey.
The second performance will take place in April, as part of OutFest. This year we are adapting our closing night Music Stage, and will be announcing a new partnership, in the hopes of supporting more emerging musicians.

COMEDY SERIES
After a sold out show - we had to add 10 seats - Queer Ultimatum will return next July for Season 2! Can’t wait until then?
In February 2026, we’ll be producing our latest improv show, The Yellow Lilly, a full length improv show, and spoof of the hit show, The White Lotus. Featuring big hats, larger personalities, and murder (?), don’t wait to get your tickets.

OutFest returns with new dates for April 2026, moving up one week from its usual slot, and will now take place from April 13 - 19th.
We are also very excited to announce that after presenting local, regional, and national artists for ten years, we will be presenting our first international show at OutFest! This marks an exciting new chapter for the festival, which we hope will help strengthening our artistic commuity, and allow more audiences to be seen.
We are also partnering with St Margarets Bay Pride and Lunenburg Pride to help more rural Queer folks access the festival.
